Wiki HTML for alternate languages

I added something to the site CSS code to allow for spoiler type tags.
Currently they use 15% transparency but that could be changed.
The example page is Waiting Room, I'm also using French quotes and italics because it's fairly familiar.

What do people think? Could it be better? Is it a waste of time? Is it really annoying?

By way of example, assuming this works in the forum, an alternate language line looks like this:

«This is in some other language»

These lines always need to be on a new line unfortunately. Inline stuff «like this» would be better but I can't get the spoiler/hover code to work that way.
The code for all of this can be gotten from the Waiting Room source.

It kind of depends. There is some funny roleplaying to be had with non uzbek-talking characters going "huh?" and someone "in the know" giving a very sanitized translation of what was just said. On the other hand it's a gag that quickly becomes stale. I suggest we keep it, but agree on not using it very much.
