Not really putting any blame on anyone, I know life gets in the way sometimes, just: is this happening?
It's still very much on my mind and as far as I'm concerned it's still happening. My only excuses for not posting again are a) life is very much in the way at the moment, and b) I wasn't clear on whether we should be waiting in the embassy briefing room for other PCs to turn up, before we start "doing" stuff.
It's probably going to be another week or two weeks before the dust settles at my workplace (for a while), but I'm still very much alive and awake. Thanks for the nudge, Mattias!
I am certainly to blame, at least in part. I will make an introductory post, if not tonight at least by tomorrow.
I'm still totally in it, even if I haven't been here much so far.
Hi All,
As the GM I have most responsibility for this, I suppose.
I have been paying less attention due to the unexpected demands of a thesis rewrite, as mentioned earlier. Also, because Robert's character is the designated team leader, it seemed inappropriate for the NPCs at the embassy to launch into a briefing before he arrived.
Robert has told me (see above) that he will make an introductory post shortly.
In the meantime, I might leave an "Enter Thomas Weston" placeholder and start the briefing; thanks to the wonders of Wiki, we can then go back and retrospectively do the introductions etc, and it will all read neatly!
i've added my character bio, and an "in" to the plotline
oh, and howdy, all
Hi All,
My son came down with a nasty virus last week (this has been happening a lot; it's been a disease prone winter in Aus this year) which he then passed to me. We're now both on the mend so I will make some updates later this week.
Glad to hear we've got a pulse, though sorry to hear you guys have got protomatter metabolites. Hope you feel better soon, and don't worry about us! I'm continuing to daydream about shocking things that could happen to our heroes.
Happen to them, of course. They would never, ever do shocking things themselves. No.
